Local 1138 - A member of the International USW , represents over 700 Steelworkers in western Pennsylvania. We are employed by Allegheny Ludlum and National Roll Company. As the governing body of this local, it is our responsibility to adapt to an ever changing working environment, educating and informing our members along the way, in an effort to increase the good and welfare of our workers.

Our Phone System

Our phone system is enhanced with voice mailboxes, which we hope will help the membership contact an officer or committee member. We also now have three lines instead of two, in an effort to eliminate a busy line when you're trying to reach us. When calling during normal business hours (Tuesday through Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) press one to reach the main office for assistance.
